1. a) Any content, data or information that you upload, store, transmit, submit, exchange or make available to or via Kamba Music is generated, owned and controlled solely by you, and not by Kamba Music.
2. b) Kamba Music users may post, upload and/or contribute (post) content to the streaming service, including pictures, text and playlist compilations (User Content). You represent that you have the right to post any User Content which you post to Kamba Music, and that such User Content, or its use by us as contemplated by these Terms of Use, does not violate these Terms of Use, applicable law, or the intellectual property rights of others.
3. c) You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any User Content that you post on or in connection with Kamba Music. This license lasts until you terminate your Kamba Music account, except in the case of User Content that you have published, made public and/or share with others. Aside from the rights specifically granted herein, you retain ownership of all rights, including intellectual property rights, in the User Content that you post to the Kamba Music Service, except that you agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of any User Content on the Kamba Music Service and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such User Content.
4. d) Kamba Music does not monitor, review, or edit User Content, but reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content for any or no reason, including but not limited to, User Content that, in Kamba Music’s sole discretion, violates these Terms of Use. Kamba Music may take these actions without prior notification to you. Removal or disabling of access to User Content shall be at our sole discretion, and we do not promise to remove or disable access to any specific User Content.
5. e) Kamba Music does not claim any ownership rights in User Content, and you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that your content remains your sole responsibility.
6. f) Kamba Music is not responsible for User Content nor does it endorse any opinion contained in User Content.
7. g) We may, from time to time, invite or provide you with means to provide feedback regarding Kamba Music, and in such circumstances, any feedback you provide will be deemed non-confidential and Kamba Music shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use such feedback on an unrestricted basis.
8. h) Kamba Music will, from time to time, automatically collect information that can be used to identify media in your Kamba Music library such as your play history and playlists. This includes media purchased or acquired through Kamba Music and media obtained from other sources. This information will be stored anonymously and will not be associated with your name or account. Kamba Music will use this information and the contents of your Kamba Music library, as well as other information, to give personalized recommendations to you.

• Kamba Music may use this information and combine it with aggregated information from the Kamba Music libraries of other users, your Kamba Music purchase history data, aggregated purchase history data from other Kamba Music users, and other information obtained from third parties, to:

Create personalized playlists for you from your Kamba Music library.

Provide you with recommendations regarding media and other products and services that you may wish to purchase or acquire.

Provide recommendations regarding products and services to other users.
